I’m Cheryl Manor, founder of Sweet Dreams Vision Board Party, and my mission is simple: to serve and uplift young girls through empowering, creative experiences that build confidence, nurture self-worth, and inspire them to love who they are, live with purpose, and boldly pursue their dreams.

In today’s world, so many young girls are drawn to the latest trends – shoes, nails, clothes, and everything in between. While those things bring temporary excitement, they don’t build the confidence, vision, or character that truly lasts. That’s where Sweet Dreams comes in.

Sweet Dreams Vision Board Party isn’t just a craft, it’s a life-changing experience. I’ve created a space where girls ages 7 and up learn how to dream bigger, set meaningful goals, and build a strong sense of worth. We focus on creativity, vision, and confidence – the kind of values that will carry them through school, friendships, and into their futures.

Parents often ask me, “Why Sweet Dreams?” My answer is always the same: because when a girl knows who she is and believes in what she can accomplish, she becomes unstoppable. No pair of shoes or trip to the nail salon can compare to the gift of self-belief and a vision for her life.

Sweet Dreams is about changing mindsets. It’s about teaching our girls that they don’t have to copy what they see around them – they can lead, create, and inspire. Every board, every activity, every smile is a step towards helping them grow into confident young women with the power to make their dreams a reality.
